Are you navigating a transition in your life? Do you struggle with feelings of worthlessness? Does it feel like anxiety and burnout is affecting your mental wellness? I work with individuals to help them heal from their past trauma, form healthy boundaries, and break away from feelings of shame.
This therapy takes place via private, HIPAA compliant virtual room so that your session is completely secure and safe.
Session Pricing
Initial Session rate is $185/hr
Subsequent session rate $165
I am an out of network provider which means that sessions are paid at the time of service. I advise all new clients to call their insurance company to understand their out of network reimbursement rate. Health care savings cards can also be used.
I do have a sliding scale for clients experiencing financial hardship, however at this time caseload for sliding scale clients is full.
